Generally, yeah. Some choose not to call it that, because most YTP's have some themes in common (for instance, the Nintendo CDI games) but that's roughly what this genre of video is called. Randomness, dialogue edited to make it sounds like they're saying something vulgar or non-sensical, random changes in volume (including going past the red, or making it too hard to hear so the person turns the volume up) There are hundreds of them.

After watching this, I decided to re-watch it with captions on to see if it could understand the edited lines. I forgot it can't understand the clear lines. It was skipping whole sentences then transcribing sound effects. About all it got right was 'Too much' and Twilight lecturing AJ in the race, up to 'Barrack Obama'. I find it amusing though, given the type of video, that it inserted the word 'rape' into an un-altered line.
