To think it was never the show's massive success that kept it running for many seasons. If anything, it was just how hot the toys were selling. That's all it ever was from the start. Hasbro never cared about how successful the show was. They only ever cared about how much cash they had sucked from our wallets via the toys/merchandise years ago. The fact that they decided to end the G4 toy line is the real reason why season 9 became the last season.
