Also like to point out that rat at 2 doesnt kill the deck in the slightest (am assuming you were using sarcasm) 3 tenki, terrortop engine, invoker...the loss of one rat does little.

Nukem140 That's nowhere near as strong. The whole idea of zoo was it didn't use your normal. Now, you have to in order to do the same combo. Even then, you have to normal rat, meaning you have to open it instead of using barrage or invoker.

Stratos still banned, that's 1 prediction right. Not that I wanted it to happen. I just figured it would happen. Lyrical Luscinia Independent Nightingale Since this card can be easily Summoned from the Extra Deck via "Instant Fusion", it is an ideal Tribute for the Tribute Summon of "The Tyrant Neptune" to turn it into a 6000 ATK monster that is unaffected by other card effects and can inflict 5000 damage to your opponent once per turn. I wonder if we will get a card that has Sangan being released from prison?

Stratos at this point will never seen the unbanned list in the TCG. It was at 1 for the longest time in the OCG and did almost nothing to the point they felt good enough for it to be at 2 now. So us still not getting even 1 Stratos after that means we will never see it unless it gets an errata. Speaking if Errata, why is CED still banned?

Zoodiac should still be functional as a tier 1.5 deck with stuff like Photon Thrasher, Tin Goldfish, or Goblindbergh replacing the third rat in combos, what this does is kill the Fusion Sub play and destroy its recovery while forcing the deck to commit more to its plays. I still can't believe that Toad is still at 3 with all the success FrogBurgers were having. I get leaving Bahamut Shark, it was really only relevant in HEROs (Mermail wasn't doing much without the Party Boat for that Toad engine the OCG was using) and it is mediocre at best with Links. D-Barrier is going to be used to push Links, so that's why it is at 3 still. Norden still being Legal makes no sense at this point. Maxx "C" limit is just stupid. otherwise i'm mostly fine with this, Zoodiac had a month and a half as tier 0, and should still be playable going forward.

Salim Haschem not really, with zoo taking a break Kirin was the only thing to check paleozoic, and infernoid. pendulums weren't even as prevalent as those 2 deck nor topping as often and now pendulums got inherently weaker

*future fusion* is still pretty decent in certain decks. they basically added a turn before the card activates. *brain control* is pretty useless imo. you can only use it on a monster that can be normal summoned. *brionac* is only once per turn and can only target opponent's stuff i think? i could be wrong it might be your own stuff but then doesn't dewloren already do that? idk. pretty positive it's only opponents. um *rescue cat* is once per turn, so you can't revive it then use it again like the old x sabers days. and im with you on *imperial order* let's bring back one of the strongest floodgates ever back into the game, making you pay 1400 LP will balance it.

Hitting Rat made this banlist terrible. There were so many other options to limit the deck without destroying it. Legit just hit Barrier, Barrage and maybe limit Emeral, considering zoo is one of the only decks that would run more than 1, and boom sorted.
