I tried to get a loan from Southern Commercial Properties, LLC and it turns out they're based in Africa scamming would-be borrowers.
Be careful who you get your loans from. I certainly wouldn't recommend scploan.com!

It preys on the desperate. People who just need a little more money to get by. Sure, maybe there's some stupidity in play as well, but it's pretty much designed to target the desperate because a desperate person is less likely to think critically about something that offers hope

My elderly father was scammed by a fake Microsoft popup and he is no idiot. But, its all about the timing and how well they play the part.

I recently stumbled upon your channel and have been binging watching as much as I can. With binge watching I’ve learned a few tips which came in handy when my cat went missing about 4 days ago. Posted on app that she was lost and received a message from someone saying that they had my cat and in order for them to send me a picture of her that they would I need to provide a code to verify I am a real person. Immediately thought it was a scam and after remembering your channel I created a link which told me everything I needed to know. They were in Florida (I’m in Texas) their number was a burner number and surely they didn’t have my cat. Later on that day I did end up finding my cat and the individual who found her in their garage had no problem sending a pic and didn’t require a code 😁 and I will forever love your channel ❤️

If there are admin costs or fees for a loan, it’s always rolled into the loan. You never have to pay upfront to get a loan. That would defeat the purpose of borrowing money.

I'm a small broker, we charge a due diligence fee depending on the client after securing an LOI/Commitment Letter, but that's usually substracted from the actual closing costs or refunded if the lender pulls out at no fault to the client. We used to work for free up till closing, but there was a lot of jokers that wasted our time. Really sucks all things considered. Obviously though it really depends on the client and the type of funding they're looking.
