Dakman, I hope you grasp just how much you and the other channels have caused this wonderful resurgence of our hobby. I've been involved in HO and O gauge for more than 50 years and watched the decline with great sadness. It is very evident that your channels have caused a massive boost in interest in the hobby. Thank You so much. I'm going to copy as many of my favorites as I can.

It's my goal to promote the model train hobby itself, the model train shows, the model train clubs and the vendors who sell the products. The manufacturers also know that changes are needed to keep the next generation interested in the hobby. Offering locomotives that can run on a cell phone or tablet with a app through Bluetooth or WiFi is important because that generation likes phone app technology. When I run my trains at the Greenberg Edison Train Show I always use my phone purposely. I noticed that parents would point me out and say hey he is running trains with his phone. Now they are interested in learning more. I appreciate your support of my channel and recommending it to others

I always appreciate my viewers and the support from them. When there's a question asked I always try to answer it. If the question seems interesting enough I will make a video on it. By asking questions can create more opportunities for additional video content that viewers would be interested in. Thanks for asking a great question that led to what I thought was a interesting video.

Enjoyed the video and information. However I did just want to clear up some info on the Atlas O 3-unit well car train set. The overall length is longer than 159' because 3 of the 53' containers themselves would be 159' not including the length of the units themselves. I do also believe there technically is a longer "train set" available in O scale, being the Gunderson "Twin Stack", a 5-unit well car train set built for 20' to 48' containers for a scale length just over 265' (66.25" in O scale).

I appreciate you correcting the details and pointing out the Gunderson Twin Stack set!

I worked for the UP , and if you dont follow the rules, which over at UP was the "Black Book" , after an investigation , you would kindly and politely, be escorted off the property by the UP Railroad Police!

I think your Maintenance of Way Dept. Is gonna have a lot of work to do! I want to work for your Railroad, NO RULES VIOLATIONS!!

Sometimes I follow the rules just to show others how real Railroads worked.
