I have severe acrophobia so as soon as I saw the view from the helicopter? Instant sick feeling, heart in my 5groat, hand over mouth, eyes like they've seen a ghost. But, what an extremely epic view. ❤

It offers good protection if you land in trees or crash the parachute on landing. But offers probably zero protection during the actual wingsuit part of the flight.😅

It's really not that unsafe. The danger comes when they have to see just how close they can get to the ground while flying. You could do this relatively safe by keeping a little more space between you and the ground while flying. They do have control of their elevation to a certain degree.
