My Los Angeles Studio Apartment Tour | $1400 for 500 sqft

Welcome to my LA studio apartment tour 🌈
I lived in this 500 sqft studio apartment for about 3 years and paid about $1350 - $1400 a month in rent. It's located in the Los Feliz area and was an old building. The place was pretty dark, so I added some color to bring it to life!
I'm sweating in some clips because it was 102 degrees, and I turned the AC off to film 😅 The lighting also sucked so some things might be overexposed. Anyways, I hope you enjoy! 🌞

The chandelier over the table....please drop the deets and for the roaches and mice look for any holes under the cabinets or sink and peppermint oil after the holes get filled with caulk - very colorful and your so prettyyyyyy!

@@cynthiac2558 he had an exterminator come about 2 yrs ago when i complained but unfortunately they came back when new people moved in. I noticed a hole on the side of the building as well when i moved out so that could’ve been it lol
