I have one just like yours, from 1983, and they were able to replace the piece of leather on the zipper pull.

I had my noir epi petite noe leather trim that connects from around the bag up to the handle replaced and I had asked them not to remove the date code but they did and there was no reason to do that. It upset me since I specifically asked since it was a vintage bag and sentimental. I am curious to hear how they help you. Please do an update!

Great video. I dropped my Neverfull yesterday at south coast plaza to replace all the vachetta. I had some cracking on the canvass but they still took it for repair. I dont know how the process is when it comes to their warehouse if they will deny the repair!! i hope the fix it!! 🫠

It’s been annoying and frustrating lately, it’s sucks! With the amount of money we spend and yet quality and service sucks! Once my last item arrived from them I’d have to step back on purchasing. Hope they fix their issues and services as they rack up their prices ridiculously.

I would have kept the original hardware and shined it up since it was better quality back then. Plus there is a huge wrinkle on the side where they replaced the leather … looks rushed I would have sent it back.

That is crazy that LV repair shop damaged the beautiful Petite Noe. I also have a vintage same model!!! What repair shop was it sent to? I am in CA, so my repairs go to Ontario, CA

Hi! It was $700 something they had to reduced the price coz it took 7 months for the Keepall to return, it was worth all the wait though.
