@@innping1606 the yellow stuff you diced and put on it, was that a yellow bell pepper? I will give it a try if I can find the mushrooms. I like the taste of canned mushroom soup used in recipes but not the texture of them!!

Hey Inn ! I hope your doing well ! I have some questions about the salted egg yolk cookies recipe ! I hope you can answer. Can I use monk fruit / erythritol to replace sugar and use solid coconut oil to replace half of the butter ? Thanks !

U may replace the sugar. However, I have not tried replacing butter with coconut oil, so I'm not too sure either.
