I still can’t decide with the class that I want in general😅 I think nc700x will be a good choice for the city and small adventures, but I also like the style and look of old bikes like RE interceptor 650. And also a lot of bikes that I like (based on reviews basically), so hard to decide

Albina sure needs a lot of stuff with her... are you going away for a year? Are you taking a TV and kitchen sink? I have heard it said: "Only take what you can't do without!" Some people only take a spare pair of jocks whether they need them or not! Have a safe trip with no falls. I look forward to seeing the videos... :)

I prefer soft bags partly because they are lighter in weight and partly because they are more flexible if you happen to drop the motorcycle. then they won't dent because they lose their fit with locking. and the soft bags do not rattle on uneven roads and are more gentle on the motorcycle, in other words no vibrations. if you want to use the boxes, you must pack them well so that there is not much air in them. good luck with the trip it will be exciting and follow your adventure.

Thank you :) yes especially the rattling is annoying when they are empty. I will do the trip and then decide if I’m going to keep theming change to soft luggage :)

Hi Alex, good luck on your trip, I look forward to watch the videos, perhaps I'll go there someday. Regarding the cases, personally I prefer to go as light as possible, seems like it's a bit too much at least for me, but you can do it this way if you want. Was there any option with soft side cases? Just to keep the weight balanced considering the higher centre of gravity that T7 has... Anyway, good luck on your trip 👍🍀

Thanks :) I think I will keep the hard cases for our trips together but will dismount them when I ride alone and go off-road :) well we will see after the trip ;) How is your new „special“ ;) bike coming along? When are you getting it? Greetings

I hate weight and size so i would always go with soft luggage BUT u also have to be realistic. I travel alone and stay in hotels so i can 'afford' to be very minimalistic. U travel with 2 and u also camp in this case i think hard luggage is probably your best option.
