Hi, I am going to have group interview in 2 days. May I know what qualities they will look for? How I should structure my answers to show I am a suitable candidates? Thanks so much!

Hey! I think the biggest key takeaway is to be authentic with your answers. Most likely it will be a group interview if it’s the first round. Also provide really good examples with your answers! For example one of the questions were: what was a time when you had unexpected feedback? Use that question and think about your own life situation and I think it will help with your answers:) best of luck!!

They let the first group of people know the results of who passed to the second round in 3 days:)

@@jesssuanngsquishinI got the interview I’m excited but whenever I got the email they said a zoom link would be sent but I’ve emailed them back my availability but I still haven’t heard back it’s been 2 days and my interview is on Wednesday I just want reassurance that they didn’t ghost me ✨😀I would love to work there

Do you remember the second round interview questions by any chance 🤔

The second round was with the store manager! These questions were less on situational based and more on personal questions like why do you want to work for lululemon etc
