MY MALTESE PUPPY HAD A TEETH SURGERY - WHAT HAPPENED?!

Xanti had a teeth extrtaction scheduled since one of his fangs did not fall out.
Having two teeth behind each other may not be a problem in terms of sensations for the dog, but it can have bad outcome. The two teeth can develop cavities, inflammation and may be then both lost. That's why we had to do it sooner rather than later...
But everything went smoothly and he is quite well :)

When my dog was under a year old she had to have a few baby teeth removed that hadn’t fallen out. Found out that is common in Havanese. I’m so happy Xanti is ok as we were worried. Thank you for the update.

My 10 month Maltese has double fang teeth on the bottom. i was hoping they'd fall out naturally, but they seem to be stubborn. Vet might need to remove his too.

Hii, truth is, our Maltese are just naturally quieter. Xanti more than Yumi. It's possible to teach your dog to be a bit more quiet. We would recommend finding a professional dog coach. They can work magic. 😊

Hii, it is actually a cannula that was kept there for preventive reasons. In case he would not feel well or something else happened, the medication can be quickly given without the need to put a new cannula. It is plastic and it did not bother him at all. Later on it at home it was taken out, once we knew everything is fine 😊❤️❤️🐶
