These cookies are a weakness of mine. Grumpy Old Man and I are diabetics, so I try to stay away from yummy stuff like that. But my birthday is on the 23rd, and I'm getting a birthday cake for the first time in many years. Then Grumpy Old Man goes from house to house (all relatives living on about 40 acres) to give everyone some cake, or anything yummy I cook.

There were also no bake cookies Haystacks made by mixing melted butterscotch chips with La Choy dry chow mein noodles. It sounds kind of weird if you never had them but it's very sweet and good. I think you add peanuts or cashews also.
