So what happened to the last girlfriend? Did the Mother-in-Law let her go or kill her? Did Mark also try to hide the Mother's crimes or was he innocent? If he was innocent why would the new wife leave him? How did the drugged girl get from a packed wedding reception to the MIL's basement? Very poor story telling.
