There is reason(a perspective), Indian teams did not able to play previous PMGC's, and only one team from India getting slot....so they invited directly to finals....there was a time when 3,4 Indian teams were qualifying for Global Championships....So I think India deserve it.....If Nova did not qualified then the would get the slot most probably.... that's why they announced the invited slot after PEL....

Bro, you must be talking about 3/4 indian teams in pmwl but i don't count that as PMGC cuz there was no chinese teams and group division of east and west were done separately. So, if they really want to revive the indian pubg community then they simply could give a slot to pmgc east and Nova to the grand final as a defending champion. But, this is really unfair for all the teams who struggle for a whole year by securing their slots by sitting under top 4. Pmco, pmpl sa, pmpl sa and mena and pmgc east are those struggle points that teams have to prove themselves and get a slot. But a third party team comes and directly get a grand final slot in the name of viewership then this game and tournament is just sucks😤😴

As desperately as I wanted to see Indian teams in PMGC, it feels like dream come true. But at the same time it is somewhat unfair for other teams as they had to fight and remain on top 2,3 in their region throughout the year and after all that struggle they somehow qualified for PMGC league. But after leagues, only 6/20 (west) and 9/20 (east) =(15/40) only 15 teams will be qualified for finals. The bottom 25 teams will be eliminated no matter how good they perform. And then some indian team will be qualified for finals by winning BGIS. For me its non honorable for us Indians and unfair for other teams. If it was a league invite then everything would have been perfect. But it is what it is. Its no bodies fault. Ab direct finals ka invite mila hai to khelna to padega hi. And we have to prove that we deserved direct invites to finals (at least top 5 or max top 8 finish). Fingers cross. Lets hope for best. Good luck to indian teams. Lets hope the best team wins BGIS and represents India on global stage. Peace ✌️

How hard is the journey for a team to just even qualify for PMGC? First you have to play PMCO and then Qualify for PMPL and from PMPL to Regional final. From there if you are lucky enough to get on top spots, you will qualify for PMGC. Well the journey is too long and very hard. That is why, it is not the right thing to just qualify a team to PMCG directly to finals. It is the most unfair thing to do with all those teams that lost the PMGC slot by few points. They could have just increased the slot this time and let Indian teams in next PMGC. Or it would be fair to give the slot to defending champion. Well, Congratulations to Indian teams and hope the best team will qualify.

Every country have toxic fans, it's just that India's population is so big that the sample size of haters n real fans is bigger than most countries. Isn’t it be unfair for other teams who played pmco, Asia championship and then Mena/Asia championship and then qualified only for PMGC league and they will hard earn qualify for finals and indian team comes from nowhere and goes directly to the finals. It will hurt the spirit of the game and fairplay. Special invite should have been given to Nova and TC should have been qualified from Chinese region as always the one more slot is given to the champions country.

@@devaroraa I assume that u know the format, when Stalwart was invited in MENA/SA then the next team who came after Stalwart in points table qualified to Mena SA championship, just like that TC should b qualified if nova qualified besides invitation. TJB is invited because the PEC cancelled and they had more points in previous tournament at that time so it was fair.

@@gunner4ever924 You are half right but remember since indian teams are out of esports scene for a while things are pretty much changed now, the nepali / Mongolian bangali and Pakistani teams are way better these days due to competitive game experience besides the whole meta has been changed. Indian teams are good at playing for positioning points or passive gameplay but meta has been changed to aggressive gameplay so in the past you are right but currently indian teams are lagging behind. Hence that would be great if indian teams were to be qualified through proper channel because it will earn them great confidence for pmgc to come.
