Orlando, this was so enjoyable to watch and listen to my hobby friend talk about his glorious Mantle cards! It could have been a 2-hour video and it would have been well worth the time! They may be older holders, but your Mantle cards are in truly exceptional condition nonetheless! Thank you for the mention! Still contemplating if I will take my gray back 1956 Topps Mantle to the National to trade toward another big card, since I have the white back now. Nonetheless, I love them both! But I digress! The main point here is you have a glorious Mantle-fest and we share in your joy! You talk about trading other cards or selling to make your Mantle run a reality! Fantastic run, Orlando - ‘53 is a phenomenal card, but I’m partial to the ‘54…..just beautiful. Hindsight: paying $500 for a ‘53 that graded a PSA 6 was the correct move….wow!

Peter, I have been collecting cards for over 50 years. Took me about 30 years to complete the Mantle run. Slowly getting cards, one or two a year.
