These are so good yet so realistic! I’ve been teaching myself to draw at 22, and it’s so refreshing to see an art journal tour that looks like mine and not like… Hayao Miyazaki journal or something 😅

oh yeah totally! so many people like to portray this super idealized art journey to the world, and i really dont think its very productive! this sketchbook was super important to my development as an artist, and even though it doesnt compare to my current work, im proud of my journey and want to share it! best of luck in your art journey!
