The Brotherhood's Airship, the "Prydwyn" first appeared in Fallout 4 (set in the Commonwealth, around Boston). "Our mission comes from the highest clerics in the Commonwealth," the Elder Cleric says when briefing the knights before they go off in search of the Target. (This seems to conflict with some of the possible endings of F4, in which the airship is destroyed. However, the name Prydwyn is clearly painted on the side of the airship in the show.)

The tool they wear on the arm is called a Pip-Boy, and functions something like a smart phone. The syringe she used after she removed the knife is called a Stimpac, and has huge healing effects. It can even regenerate limbs if you have enough stimpacs (which you hardly ever have). It doesn't heal radiation, though. You need Rad-away for that. I'm sure that will show up later :)

The guy who punched the other guy, isn't being selfish. He is protecting his family, over others. There would be limited food and water in the bunker, that won't last long. He is making sure his family lives for 4 weeks, instead of for 2 weeks.
