My Minuteman Load Out On A Budget

Here is what I’m rocking as my current set up if crap hits the fan. It’s a work in progress, but it gets the job done. At the end I mention stuff I wish I also had and forgot to throw night vision capabilities on the list. I’m poor so I doubt I’ll be able to get that anytime soon.

Not a bad kit. I would recommend adding something for comms for sure. Also you might want to check out the Sawyer mini filter. You can get them at Walmart for about 20 bucks and they can be hooked up to a bladder, soda bottle, or the included water bag. They are good for 100,000 gallons of water. You could also include a small magnifying glass for many different uses such as wound care or inspecting things. As well if it is 5 power or higher it can be used for solar fire starting. Just some ideas not trying to be a critic or anything just offering a bit of advice. Stay safe brother.

As a civilian, paying for my gear myself, no sponsorship. Condor and the other Amazon bargain pieces and Army surplus will do just fine. Even in a SHTF event I'm not going to see heavy combat, and if I do.... every plan or eventuality has already tanked. So a 600 dollar plate carrier ain't going to help a bit. good stuff man. starting out cheapy aint bad, good to test different types of rigs, see which works best. i'd suggest either a smaller water filter or a container to boil water in.

If I were you man to help get more views put into the description the products I just ordered the condor convoy pack but I was looking at the 3 day assault pack In this case I ended up watching your video regardless but if someone was looking into that pack they would've came across your video. same with the tool pouch. Krydex is one of the better shitty airsoft options out there tbh. Not the best IR signature under night vision though. Keep it up.

We do you classify products purchased on Amazon as "cheap shit"? I've purchased 5.11, One Tigris, Hill People, Condor, Helikon, VooDoo, etc. I've put them side by side and compared materials used, stitching, riveting, functionality, you name it. The brands are not shit, the products themselves are not shit, and purchasing those brands on Amazon do not make them shit.

Appreciate you are in a budget but you wouldn’t last a week outdoors with that kit. Just too lightweight. You’ll need to be fit enough to carry a 60ib pack plus primary weapon and ammo to be able to live and fight for an extended period. You can’t have a minuteman bag and then say there’s no food in it and I drank the water. It has to be ready to go now , not have to go thru the cupboards filling your bag. The tool roll looks like you want to be a handyman not a minuteman. Pry bar+ multi tool. Ditch the axe. Too noisy, get a saw.
