我和媽媽的故事，願天下母親快樂🎉平安❤
這個母親節帶我的媽媽去澳門玩。之前每一次去通常都是day trip，媽媽一直都想去澳門住一晚，所以這次我們會在其中一家新開的酒店住一晚上。到處走走，嘗嘗澳門的美食。其實我覺得去哪裡都不重要，重要的是有一點quality time！
☀️我媽媽是我生命中一個非常重要的角色，她是我精神的支柱，也還是我最好的朋友！從小到大給了我無條件的愛，使得我能夠在一個很充滿愛的家庭裡成長！我去美國上大學（當時15歲），我媽媽很緊張很心疼我。她就會每一個月都飛二十幾個小時來探望我。
☀️我記得是當我開始有Bodhi的時候，我就開始感覺原來做媽媽是非常不容易。因為雖然Bodhi是一隻小狗，但是它都會有他的個性。當我們自己做“父母”的時候，你就會更明白，其實我們的父母在給我們當父母的時候也都是第一次。也有很多的挑戰，我們真的要學會珍惜，去包容。
☀️如果你去細心反思一下，我們以一杯牛奶為例，是很多眾生對我們的恩才能享受到那一杯牛奶。就像是我們的母親懷胎十月之後，還要繼續養大我們，這個世界，實在有很多細節是值得我們去珍惜的。
我們在靜觀的時候，都會有一個exercise，就是用十個手指去想不同的值得我們去感恩的地方，但是說實話，十個手指怎麼會夠？實在太多的東西值得我們去感恩了，感恩如母的眾生。
☀️其實這個世界zui珍貴zui好的禮物，都不是金錢可以買到，比如時間、比如陪伴😄！
今天母親節，願天下所有的母親都可以過一個很愉快的母親節！而所有的子女，都可以和媽媽好好過過這個節日。

This Mother's Day, I took my mom to Macau. Our visits to Macau were usually day trips, but mom has always been longing for staying overnight there, then we stayed at one of the newly opened hotels. We explored the city, savored the local cuisine, but what truly matters was having some quality time together!
☀️ My mom plays an incredibly important role in my life. She is my pillar of mental strength as well as my best friend! From my childhood until now, she has given me unconditional love, allowing me to grow up in a home filled with love. When I went to the United States for college at the age of 15, my mom was worried sick about me, that’s why she would fly for over twenty hours every month just to visit me.
☀️ I remember when I first got Bodhi, my dog, I realized that being a mother is definitely not easy. Even though Bodhi is just a little dog, he has his own personality. When we become "parents" ourselves, we truly understand that our parents were also going through it for the first time, encountering tons of challenges, and we should appreciate and be understanding.
☀️Take a glass of milk as an example, it is thanks to the kindness of many beings that we can enjoy it. Similarly, our mothers carry us for ten months to our birth and then raise us, that’s to say this world is filled with countless details that are worth cherishing. During moments of mindfulness, we often engage in an exercise where we use our ten fingers to think of ten things we are grateful for. But honestly, ten fingers are not enough. There are just too many things that deserve our gratitude, especially the beings who love us like a mother.
☀️ The most precious and valuable gifts in this world cannot be bought with money, like time, as well as companionship 😄! Wish all mothers around the world a joyful celebration! And to all children, may you spend this holiday with your mom in a wonderful way.
