The first time I ever tried charales was in Janitizio when I was about 12 or 13. On our way up to the statue, we stopped at a restaurant and my mom, aunts and uncles kept asking me to try a charale taco. I refused at first, but I finally agreed. OMG!! They were so good with some lime juice and salsa. Delicious. Those chilaquiles looked soo good, especially the green ones.

if you like the mango gummies with chile, look for the dryed up natural mango with chile, they sell it in sealed bags or a granel. they are really good
