This is not traditional banitsa. This is the thing that is more convenient for selling in shops. It is easier to keep it good without the eggs. When we do it at home we put eggs, with yogurt and cheese.

For God's sake, moussaka is not greek!!! The Greek version was invented by a greek chef back in 1920s, the one with eggplants. Moussaka is Lebanese and it was introduced to the Balkans by the Ottomans. However, every country that has it has adjusted it to its own taste.

Exactly not like it's rocket science. It's basically potatoes or eggplant with meat

Banitsa is good when it is still warm and goes wery well with boza or ayran. Also the banitsa with pumpkin and canela is really good but all of them should be from the right bakery.

You are very cute and sweet. More from banitsa with boza. Try to musaka with tarator. And home made banitsa with spanak.

Musaka is originally from ottoman impare. Now Turky. Bulgarians makes it with potatoes or slices of the eggplant. So now you know!😊

Same with dolmas. That's also ottoman. Not greek

Hello there, May I share the most important news with you? God the Father sent his Holy Son Jesus (Y'shua) to earth to be born of a virgin. He grew up and died on the cross for our sins. After that they put Him in a tomb for 3 days, and on the 3rd day Abba Father raised Jesus to life and He appeared to people. Then Christ ascended back to heaven. We all must genuinely believe in Christ and receive Him into our life as Savior to be saved. John 1:12 says: " But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." Will you put genuine faith in Christ and receive Him into your life today?

I admire your ignorance. Musaka is turkish dish. I bulgaria we make it with potatoes or eggplant. Greeks advertis everything as Greeks. They are known as low self of stem people. So they claim all is Greeks. 😮

Шопите не са сърби, нито пък шопската салата е шопска, още по малко сръбска, шопската салата символизира България и нейното знаме, синьо в нея няма. Имате си ваши салати не крадедете нашите.

That salad is invented in Balkan Tourist place at Black Sea resort of "Druzba" (then, now St. Konstantin and Elena) in 195x. So it has NOTHING to do with Serbia or with Shopsko in Bulgaria. It's made by order to include the Bulgarian's flag colors. bg.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A8%D0%BE%D0%BF%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%B0_%D1%81%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%B0
