Hey there, my son put me onto ACNH in 2021 and I've been obsessed with it to. I've passed his hours of playing which we find hilarious. I've finished every task for Nook miles, completed the museum and have every recipe and I'm definitely sad that all my tasks are done. Love your island :)

If she's looking for more to do, there's a DLC for the game that allows you to decorate vacation homes for other villagers and when you hit a certain number, you access the ability to renovate your villager's houses as well. It's called Happy Paradise Planning. Love the joy she gets from ACNH!

You definitely need to buy her a switch lite to start a new island or if she gets bored with her current island she could also save her current island in a dream and restart a new island. She could still visit her old one but only as a dream and start her journey all over again!

Dude, my mom has been playing the same Sims 2 save file since the game launched like 20 years ago or whatever. When I scroll through her family tree the computer almost short circuits itself and it takes like fucking 30+ minutes to go from top to bottom. Its gotten to the point where she plays the entire neighborhood, but she only prioritizes them having lived "good lives" etc. Its so fucking wholesome my heart cant take it.

Your mom is very insightful yet entertaining when narrating her island tour. She’s no nonsense when it comes to the villagers. I also call them characters and my daughter laughs at me. (I’m only 33) I recently started playing again after a year off and she’s an inspiration! She’s done so much more than me. 😭 I also do not like the spiders. You’re lucky to have such a cool mom and she seems to have a kind heart! Her comment about how the asteroid or whatever being in poor taste in regards to the dinosaurs is something that has literally never crossed my mind despite collecting all of the fossils. I feel like I can look at the game in a different way now thanks to your awesome mama!

I had been laid off, at my parent's house in Kansas. I had no friends. I was two states away from my now fiance because he still had to work.
