I use 4x4x48 boxes for irons and cut to length. I also use UPS since there's no oversize surcharge like USPS.

I was going to buy that.; My son was with me & said I should not have agreed to her taking it because she was not near it. We were the only one in that room at the time. I hate people like that. Even in cramped spaces people need to give you personal space. I worked as a dishwasher for several years among many other jobs. People would try to go and drop things in my area from the wrong side. Many times they had to get dental work the next day because my elbow doesn't have an eye ball.
