Bro...... Your aquarium sponge filter isn't filtering the water look carefully at that you can see small air bubbles on the top. Sol. Get that sponge filter out of the tank and and put it back after it goes drowned in water (don't release it from your hand) squeeze it hard until the bubbles releases.... -NOMAN TARAFDAR

Sorry not the flow but the oxygen thing i have reduced. bolte waqt galti ho gayi but no worries i will give an update about the same in my next video that how i have reduced it to low, actually oxygen level ko kam karne se kahi na kahi flow bhi kam ho hi jata hai

I would suggest using a light with more white touch in it , cause lights with orange tint don't help in growing plants that much..also the normal guppies are gonna breed like crazy with your exotic ones so just be sure.. anyways good start enjoy !
