Great lesson for them to learn how to shop and make the right choices. I taught my daughter colors when shopping ie "what color is the lime….. orange… banana?" You’re such a Great mom/teacher. Those Atkins shakes are good and $5 off is a stock up price for me. My favorite is the strawberry and chocolate. I like to add those in with my meals to keep me full or for a snack. I need to get in and get some of those, frozen berries for smoothies and salmon. These things have been helping me keep the weight off!

Girl, I just looked on Amazon UK, and I found Cap’n Crunch, cinnamon toast crunch, Reeses puffs, I’m a big Reese‘s peanut butter cup fan, and Lucky charms. There are 7 pounds and 10 pounds a pop, but you know what for a treat, I might have to go for it.

I haven’t had cinnamon toast crunch in so long, I am in London right now, so I will have to look if I can find it somewhere. There is a cereal café that has cereal from all over the world, so I may get lucky there. Anyway, I tried prime drinks for the first time the other day, I was able to buy the blue raspberry flavor, but they are so sweet! I can’t say I’m a big fan.

My baby girl introduced me to Bloom😅. The ingredients are pretty decent and it is supposed to be really good for your gut health and digestive issues, if you use it consistently for 3 months. From my research and experience with health if you heal the gut it have you thinking clearer, remove brain fog, help you sleep better, clear the skin and hair, help with bloating and aid with weight loss. I wonder if that can be purchased with Ebt? It would be good if it could since it’s majority fruits and vegetables.

I’m currently learning Albanian because on my TikTok so many people are from Albania, and I’m having to ask them for some help as well with pronunciation and words that I don’t know. But it’s one of those languages that you can’t learn easily, there aren’t many resources out there, even these language apps don’t really cover Albanian and there aren’t many videos on KZbin.
