I really don't understand why people freak out about where they first heard a band from. So what American Dad featured the band in an episode? That's good. They promoted a good band. They did the same thing with Wax Fang's music. They're bringing in more people to support their music, so why does it matter if you've been a MMJ fan for longer than the ones brought in by American Dad?

I first heard this song on American Dad. I thought he said: There'll be a knock on your Fathers door. Which would indicate Jeff dedicating a song to Hayley that he'd written. I didn't know My Morning Jacket was an actual rock band
