WHO ELSE IS AN EARLY RISER? ♥ This routine literally changed my LIFE since I started doing it last June. Who remembers the video I posted when I first started? I've adjusted it here and there and now I have it down and it has become something I look forward to every morning. I hope you enjoyed this video and let me know how you start your day!

I never used go be but I had something change in my life that forced me to get up at 6:00 every morning and I have learned to be a morning person! Meditation and hydration is a MUST! I am totally with you there. I am still working out a full morning routine and there are awesome tips here 😊 your hair looks stunning btw! Love it!

•hydrate w water: warm w a lemon •take few moments to wake up •use the restroom •splash face w cold water •brush teeth •change into workout clothes •meditate w guided meditation •journal: morning pages -therapeutic expression •rewrite goals •workout while listening to podcast/music •get home & shower •morning skin care routine •spend time w Mo •fluff pillows, make bed •makeup routine as required •make list of priorities/importance for the day •jar of jasmine green tea (if intermittent fasting) •breakfast/brunch

Janet Garcia I don’t have that problem, so I can’t speak about that, but I believe that if you use a dry shampoo that agrees with your scalp and wash your hair every other day, it’ll be fine 😋

Love this video, Annie! Thank you again for another post. I work in a hospital where my shift starts at 6 AM, so I don’t get up any earlier than absolutely necessary. Sometimes I find myself wishing I had a later start time for my job so I could have more of a routine in the morning. However I’ve started developing my own routine for as soon as I get home from work in the afternoon. I will immediately jump on the elliptical, get my workout over with, and then start tidying up and cooking dinner. I get home early enough where I have a few hours alone before my husband gets home so I can relax and think of what needs done. Thank you so much for your videos! You are truly an inspiration to me!💗

Annie! Thank you for your video. I quit my job and started to stay home mom and I totally lost my morning routine. Your video is very inspired and gives me a lot of energy and positive thinking. I drank a water and I will start meditate before start my day. I forgot writing my journal which I loved to do. I decided to start again. Thank you Annie!!

This is a perfect morning routine if you don’t have a 9 to 5 job and no children, so this is not realistic for let’s say 90% of all women. I would love to be able to do this, but it’s just never gonna happen... or I have to wake up at 05:00 in the morning 😝

I think she does wake up that early lol you do what u have to do to make it work if u really want it. I have 2 kids and I wake up at 4 or 5 so I have the time to do things like this for myself before the kids wake up and the chaos brings 😂

She wasn’t trying to make it applicable for every person to implement lmao everyone has their own life and schedule. She’s just showing us what SHE does. And she wakes up at 5am so she can get her self-care time done before working all day. Everyone can think of excuses whether it’s kids or a job.. there’s people out there who prioritize what they want to get done :)

I agree. But I think that you can definitely take bits and pieces from her beautiful morning routine and incorporate them into yours. Even if its meditating while the coffee is brewing in the morning... Xxx

She has some great points. I am a working mom and I get up around 5-5:30 every morning. It is a lifesaver for me. I like the time I have on my own and get so much accomplished before the day.

I really felt connected to the last part were you mentioned on prioritizing and having a structure of your day. I actually put a list of my morn routine tasks I need to get done one by one as a alarm alter.

This kind of videos always motivates me! I don't have morning routine like yours yet because of job (I start pretty early). But my goal is to run my own business and be able to have one. At the moment I am focused on evening routine because I work on my goals in the evening, after my job. Your videos helped me a lot already! I know that having organized evening allows to find time for everything I need and want to do. I guess now it's time to find my own morning routine! Because now it's only skincare, coffee and makeup 😉 Thank you for being an inspiration!

Annie, your life looks so beautiful, I’m inspired by your videos. I struggle with being consistent and procrastination when it comes to my routines. I wonder if you would consider making a video about how you deal with consistency/discipline especially if one is feeling tired or physically unwell? Do you have days or weeks where you take a break? Great video and inspirational routine 🙏🏻 What’s crazy is that a few years ago I used to think that I can only get out of bed in the morning after I‘ve been on my phone for a while wich is awful! I can‘t believe I used to do this to my body&mind.. Thankfully I have now removed this habit of mine and I like to wake my body up with a 5 minute yoga/strech session that I can either do in bed or on my mat or carpet. My brain starts waking up because I‘m moving my body. Then I follow with lemon water, bathroom, skincare and getting dressed for whatever I have to do that day (work or day off). Now my goal is to also incorporate meditation. Also: the first time I‘m checking social media now is at least 1-2 hours after waking up 🙌🏻 Thanks so much Annie for this amazing video, sending you big hugs ❤️

My husband wakes me up at 6:20, i am cuddling with my puppy for 20 minutes, then i take shower, do my makeup, dress up- its usually 7:10-7:20(depending on my mood and how tired I feel) and then i take the puppy for 20-30 minute walk before I go to work at 8:00. 🤷🏼‍♀️ thats it.

I really hope that one day I will do everything that Annie can do in the whole day like your daily routine from the morning till sleeping. My morning routine includes warm water the first moments when I wake up and then I turn on Rampage from Esther Hicks for Ease and Appreciation and listen to that💖while I do my face morning routine and make up for work.I dont exercise in the morning but in the evening, I just love it that way.Then when I come to my work I drink coffe,listen to relaxing music and write down 10 things that I am gratefull for.Then when I start my work (in chemistry lab) I speak up on loud my affirmations 😊🧡 Thats how I kick myself up to start working, I know that I will create my reality with positive affirmations and that I need to start work ACAP.I tried this one monday lol when I was sooo lazy to start work but I motivated myself in that way and since then I cant wait to go to work and start doing it with my affirmations🌸🤩I am lucky that I am alone in my lab 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

However me usually I'm waking up then I do my breakfast (yogurt with honey oat banana and water) then I do my coffee when I'm preparing myself! After all of that I take my lunch and go to work! I work from 5 am to 1 pm so to do all these things before going to work is impossible to me but first thing when I wake up I drink my water then getting ready for work. When I come back home I try to do my workout first so it gets out of the way and then continuing with the rest of my day. Journaling is something that I tried but really don’t like, I didn’t looked forward to it and it does not help me what so ever. You really inspire me and I admire so much your motivation. Also I really love your fashion style. Kisses 😘😍💜

This is very similar to my days off routine. Working nights is different. my first thing is to do 10 push-ups because I’m waking up midday when my body on a day shift feels like napping. And then I drink water and pack for work. If I get up early enough I go to the gym and have a protein smoothie with hemp seeds and then work. I like a nice shower and a walk in the sun if I have errands to do before sleeping before my next shift. Trying to find a better balance though because I miss journaling and meditating.

Hey Annie!! Chia seeds are really good for you, but make sure you get them soaked or cooked before you eat them, otherwise they’ll absorb water while in your stomach/gut. Wonderful video by the way! ♥️♥️♥️

I love your routine. I do this as well although I find it difficult on school days as I need to leave home pretty early. And also I can incorporate my workout in the morning as I go to a lot of classes in the evenings but I do try to stretch a little bit or do a full yoga session if I'm spending the day at home with a late workout. I always get up early, clean and scrape my my teeth (can't live without scraping!) followed by oil pulling and skincare routine. Then I have my warm lemon water while I journal and plan my day. Then it's time for coffee and studying. Usually when I have a study day I don't bother doing my makeup but if I'm heading somewhere important I always do my makeup routine before I have my lemon water so I can really relax and be calm while journaling and setting the tone for the day. I have always had these rituals in my life but your vlogs really helped me to 'put it all together' and to get a perspective on what benefits it actually gives you (same with evening routine of course). I have been struggling with a kind of OCD-like behavior since I was diagnosed with anorexia and the need to control things made me turn to other things rather than food as I was recovering. I felt like people wanted me to stop controlling and obsessing about things but I discovered that rituals are actually good for you (if they aren't too excessive and forced of course!) and if you are a person who needs structure, planning and discipline in your life you should elevate that! It has made me so much more productive and in tune with myself. When I don't have my lists, order at home or get to plan my day I feel completely out of focus and confused. And what I want to convey is that I feel so happy that there is a way for all of us to really use this personality feature to our advantage. And I love that you have created like a sanctuary for likeminded souls. I really look forward to this platform to you are taking about creating because I sometimes feel that I need a friend that is just like me and that understand this way of operating and going about life. Maybe if we get together somewhere it will open new doors for all of us! Have a great day and keep shining bright! Your work is so important and is so appreciated!

What time do you get up and about what time do you finish your routine? I can get so discouraged sometimes when I finish my (ideal) routine. I have trouble getting up in the mornings and when I do finish my routine it’s about 10 or 11 am. I feel like I got nothing done as it’s nearly noon. I compare these days with my work days when I get home at 3:30. So, in my head, I feel like I have 5 hrs to get a lot done before I begin dinner (usually 5:30) because after dinner, I try to focus on my nightly routine. Maybe I need to shorten my routines (dunno how...) Anyone else have this problem?

I suggest not restricting yourself. If you eat normal filling meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and eat intuitively (eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full) then you won't feel the need to binge.

Hi Annie, got a question regarding your hair - I know you wash it every 4-5 days, do you need to touch up the curls daily with your curling iron or do you do it only after you washed your hair? 🙂 About morning routine I do a green smoothie first thing and drink it while doing my make up, directly after I make oats same way as you do, in the meantime dressing myself and trying to not be late for the bus to work haha 😂 I need to try to wake up earlier to have time for all of it and do not rush plus I would like try the meditation part of yours ☺️
