I absolutely love the bite-sized episodes. Honestly videos that are 15min+ I lose interested way faster because my attention span is absolutely garbage (something I actively need to look into how I can improve.. so.. if that's something you are also interested it... that could be a video idea hehe). Also watching someone talk about something they actively have interest in makes it more enjoyable because the viewer can feed off the excitement of the broadcaster which then subsequently makes it easier for them to absorb the actual information! This was fantastic Grace, was here in the early days, then went on a Lord of the Rings adventure and just found you again and it made my heart soar at how you've established yourself in that time!

For some people, meditation and reading improve their focus. I've personally found that overstimulation makes my focus worse, so when I spend less time on the internet, remove distractions and take walks (sometimes without music), my brain has more energy to focus when I need it. I don't know much about you, so I don't know if it would work for you.

How can one make “Making money a habit?” I just realized 80% of my goals depend on my finances 😢

Cue = - an unsigned check of x amount that you’ll one day be able to write to buy x item - a photo of a million dollar bank account printed and put in your wall - a goal amount of money saved as your screen savor Craving= - knowing the item you’ll want to buy a looking at each day - imagining the lifestyle you’ll have if you have x amount of dollars Response = - starting a side hustle - using skill share to learn a new skill - getting another job - performing at a high level at your current job in order to ask for a raise or a promotion Reward = - seeing your bank account grow each day - finally buying that item you wanted Adversely, maybe you don’t need to make more money but rather spend less, where as this would be a negative habit loop Cue to remove= - delete shopping apps - unfollowing/muting influencers so you don’t see those products - deleting Tik Tok Craving = - thinking about how less money is not your goal - staying out of stores and shopping malls Response= - creating a budget - sticking to a set list in a grocery store or pharmacy - checking your bank account daily to motivate you to save more I tried with this one because I was trying to figure this out to. But you have to make goals achievable and trackable so Id say “save 100,000” or something along those lines. If you say “make money” as a habit ultimately you’ll never feel like you’ve had enough because you’ll always just be trying to have more than you did yesterday

Needed this! After lent I realised how much habits affect your life. I gave up junk food for lent and ended up enjoying home-cooked meals and preferring smaller portioned food, the minute lent ended - take out didn’t taste as good, & when I craved it, it was only once a week, and even then I didn’t care to actually order the food… i realised so much of our day is auto-pilot, and through lent i realised I NEEDED a routine or else I was never going to be the person I wanted. So this video is perfect - I’m so ready to change my routine.

Ooof love a good Monday morning with you! On my walk as I’m upping my daily steps to 8,000 after a few weeks of hitting 6k. My plan was to listen to YT as I walk, little reward as I go. Crap weather I use treadmill but today is glorious so I’m outside with the birds! I like explainer episodes and I’m finding the habit V routine interesting as I have ADHD so, if I’m not ticking them off (just bought the digital planner last night in your sale!) then I’m not doing them or getting the satisfaction. For me that includes things like brushing my teeth, eating meals, making my bed. The boring but non negotiable!
