Ahhh morning routines. A controversial topic. You either love em or you hate em. Waking up is hard. But having a morning routine that excites you and gets you ready for the day can make it soo much easier!
~ Welcome to my good morning routine !
If you've seen my 2021 goals video ( • 2021: my top 6 goals , you know PERFECTING the morning routine is one of my top goals for the year. I have been (more or less) doing this routine for the past couple months constantly, and I think these are (hopefully) unintimidating self care practices.
The purpose of morning routines:
to create positive, focused & calm vibes
to be mindful & consistent
meant to maximize time
set the tone for the day
start with early wins
You should ask yourself at the end of your morning routine if you feel energized. If you feel stressed, take something out. Do you feel lacking? Add something in.

disclaimer:
I try to wake up 90 mins before I have to go to practice.
That being said, I care less about the wake up time than the number of hours slept. If I didn’t get a good sleep, I’ll keep sleeping.
Also, don’t feel pressure to compete with other people's standards. Be flexible and know when to pivot to make things as simple as possible for you!
