Ok firstly, let me tell y’all, no joke, its has been YEARS since I’ve commented on a KZbin video. But I just had to sign in to my long forgotten KZbin google account and tell you that you’re REALLY been such an incredible inspiration Niomi. I think its your honesty and kindness that really makes you stand out from the multitude of lifestyle bloggers. You are absolutely gorgeous ofc, but its really your lovely nature and genuine passion for health which shines through that makes us love you. I’ve never been much of a cook but the style of your videos makes it look so soothing, and relaxing. I also never though I’d stop eating meat, and decided to become vegetarian going on to vegan this year for mainly environmental reasons, but your videos make me realise how delicious vegan recipes can be. I have definitely been feeling the health benefits. So THANK YOU for sharing all your tips and recipes on KZbin, stay awesome, and this is making me recall my cringeworthy tweeny boyband raving, but you honestly deserve it and I had to say it! i have been trying this workout and combining/ replacing some of the moves with the ones i like more. combined with enough sleep healthy eating, i've seen result. i started in mid december 2016 and on march 19 2017, i've officially lost 22pounds. never going back to mindless eating. thank you niomi for motivating me and being part of it.

Tomorrow will be the first day of Ramadan (Islamic fasting) and I intend to do these workouts after we brake our fast. Ramadan lasts a whole month so I hope I manage to get fit! Love you lots Niomi❤❤

The other day, my instructor planned this for me for cardio section, absolutely amazing! - squat jumps, push up, mountain climbers and burpees, do all of those 10, 15, 20, 15, and 10 times, so 5 rounds in total!

Loved LOVED it Niomi. I've had a slipdisc which totally ruined 2 years of my life and the answer was either surgery or exercises at home and because surgery of spine isn't good at such young age we didn't opt for it. But call it procrastinating or being depressed I didn't do the exercises regularly and now that Mt back has started paining again I am very scared. This was very motivating to watch although I can't do most of these. x

hey Niomi I really enjoy your videos and am excited for your book but have you ever watched the documentary 'true cost' I think its great that you have a plant based diet that helps both the environment and the animals and its great to see people being more conscious of the problems surrounding us which is why i thought you may appreciate this documentary which shows how companies like NIKE and H&M get their clothes manufactured in factories that pay less than minimum wage and don't even cover other basic human rights such as health and safety. this is just a suggestion and no way trying to criticise but just thought you might be interested because it really is unfair for us to be paying lower prices on the expense of the people making them

Many people think it's the wrong performance if you squat with your knees over your feet because it could hurt your joints.But doing squats with more weights,the most important thing is to keep your back straight and put your balance and power on to your heels.Go as deep as you can,that's important

If you want more of a challenge for the leg raises only raise about halfway, hold for an extra 5 seconds, then lower and repeat! 💪🏻😊

Tried this workout for the first time today... oh boy, I though I was averagely fit... so wrong! It was really challenging, I'm already sore, can't imagine what I will feel like tomorrow! I am now super determined to consistently exercise and keep up with this workout and hopefully in a few weeks/months I will find it a lot easier. Thanks Niomi, look forward to seeing more fitness related videos as this was super great as not everyone has access to exercise equipment and gyms! :)

Loving this workout and am for sure going to give it a go! May I recommend a slight alternative for people who don't have a super duper strong core or suffer from bad lower backs (like me) by slightly changing the third exercise on abs to instead of having your legs straight having them bent at the knee like a table and doing what Niomi does but in that position. It's a lot more supportive and doesn't put as much pressure on your back and is also a nice inbetweenie if having straight legs seems impossible at the moment! Love the videos and can't wait to get your book!
