Great video I do take an extreme amount comfort seeing how Samuel behaves and his body language during an important meeting. I do that all the time, lean back in chairs, can't stop moving, really fidgety and asking loads of questions. No longer will I see some of my traits as weird, because I'm aligned with a super successful man now 😁😁😁 Defo get those mortgages changed, 4%-5%?....I just refinanced my HMO in Bolton onto a 2.3% two year interest only fix.

@@jakegee1000 had it for almost two years, only had 1 void for a week...I don't invest there anymore as it's 8 hours return travel from Slough everytime...so viewings and managing projects are tiresome. I'm doing a couple of hmo's only 2 hours away now.

Brilliant ‘behind the scenes’ video. Comforting to hear that even Abbie gets frustrated when brokers don’t get back to you ☺️ Recommended service providers get inundated - yes we experienced massive delays in refinancing due to this!!! I always thought I was fairly patient but when you’re buying a house you need the patience of a saint #solicitoronholiday #stillhaventcompleted 😳

Samuel Leeds We were due to exchange and complete last week but after having to switch onto a bridge a few weeks back it’s now delayed because of a minor admin query between solicitors and our solicitor has gone on holiday this week with no proper handover at the office. So fed up it’s untrue but we’ve escalated it to an associate office who have said they’ll pick up the file first thing Monday 🙈

Me being an Underwriting Manager.. There's a much better option he can do with his portfolio here. Plus he could save much more money than going with a Broker.. I can't say much on what to do on here but I could help this gentleman vastly as I work with HNW and UHNW clients day in day out over the past 14 years and have made my clients very wealthy over that time.

Just a quick question.. Starting up in property investment would you put all property through a limited company? If yes, is it harder to get buy to let mortgages through a limited company? Really appreciate any advise?

Could do especially as you want to build a portfolio . Takes a few minutes to set up a limited company on companies house and is only around £17-20. It’s better to do it this way for tax purposes
