Play alot of rumble use the meta and be able to adapt to people's loadouts maybe idk🤣 like if u know someone's got a bastion and you have a hand cannon bait him towards you but make sure your far enough distance away so he can't one tap you

Use meta. Whilst you use it you’ll be able to win 1v1s more and get used to gunfights and how to handle them. Practice in the meta so when you go out of it you understand how gunfights usually go and how to win them After this it’s movement you’ll want to focus on. Don’t switch between classes and use on main (Id go Warlock) to focus on. Plenty of guides on KZbin that can explain class movement because I can’t be bothered making this comment even longer. For general movement, however, never stop running and always move. Watch the radar whenever you’re not shooting someone. Know how to disengage and then re-engage into a gunfight. Movement is key in this game
