Hi Debra, You lavender is a lovely addition to your companies bedrooms. You can use a simple little clear glass jar. Put a lavender ribbon around the neck of the jar. Put them next on the nightstand. Also, make a tea with it. It will knock you into dreamland for a deep rest. Cut your flowers and herbs in the mornings. ❤

Hi Debbie, oh my your tablescape is so precious. I squealed when you added the turtle plates. I love aqua and the aqua and yellow is so fun! You know, I love my lavender to dry them out. You would just a bunch them up. Hang them upside down in a dry warm area without sunlight to maintain color. In 7 to 10 days, they should be dried out to use to decorate. Hi Debbie! You wouldn’t know that you’re tired. You look beautiful. I love that caftan with that awesome necklace! But, with all of those fun (yet strenuous) activities you’ve done in such a short time it’s no wonder that you’re exhausted. I went to Crystal Cave in Kutztown PA as a child and I loved it. They had “rock” candy on a stick in the gift shop which was pure sugar. A kids dream of course. 😊 That’s so cool about your brother. So neat that the kids got some nice gems. Such fun memories for your family to hold on to. My mom had a piece of furniture and each drawer had different gems and shells (all labeled). It was neat. I’ve been exhausted. I’ve been doing a lot of yard work. Moving heavy patio furniture around. Raking and cleaning up after some windy thunder storms. Also, getting rid of old wood. When I eat a lot of sugar my thyroid gets tender. I had a tooth that had had a root canal. So I had no feeling in it. I kept telling my dentist that it was not okay. So finally I went to a surgeon and he removed it. Here the tooth infection had made its way to my thyroid causing thyroiditis. Praise God it didn’t go to my heart. I used to have to pretreat with antibiotics. Anyway, your table is so fun! I love it! I love those pillows. Those Shell napkin rings are so pretty. I love those turtles and the color combination of the teal with the yellow. I love those hobnail glasses.💕 A conch shell would look cute as a center piece. But those starfish are perfect. Your lavender is lovely. You could dry it out and put it in your drawers as a sachet. Or spray or with your Inis. Or just group it together with a ribbon and use it as decor. I can watch a video and literally be unsubscribed from the channel when I watch their next video. So that’s very true. Yes, that outfit is such a cute color and very well made. I’d definitely watch that channel. I have a ton of testimonies as well. Yes, as you know when we let fear in, it can open doors to the enemy to come in. That dish sounds delicious! ❤️

Thank you Brenda. I am so glad you were persistent regarding your tooth! I know since my husband is a dentist that disease in the mouth is quite dangerous but had never heard of it affecting the thyroid. So glad you are ok now.

Thanks Debbie. Yes it was dangerous. But, God is good. I had to wait 6 months to have it removed because either the tooth infection or the thyroiditis was making my blood pressure sky high. So I was on antibiotics for 6 months.Then, finally they removed it. Yes, my dentist (who I adored) once said to me, “You’re not a movie star.” I think he was trying to save me money. He was very honest. I said to him, “Well, I am to my family.” 🙃 I was into whitening my teeth with peroxide and baking soda when no one really was doing that. He was funny. He once asked me what I thought of a picture that he put in the room. It was of a carousel horse. Little did he know that I collected those. So naturally I loved it. I love it when they have a nice picture to focus on while you’re having a procedure done. They were a great group. They did a free cleaning for my wedding. Funny story my mom once called Me and told me that she lost her teeth. I told her to wear daddy’s. I thought that she had lost her readers. ❤️

Since turning 50, I need to adjust my diet, I’ve noticed a few pounds popping up that are very unwanted and just some discomfort when eating certain foods. I do pretty good eating healthy and I don’t drink sodas. But I could definitely use some ideas and some guidance. I won’t take prescriptions either. Oh Lydia, Dr. Ken Berry who is one of the larger KZbin channels on as he calls it "the proper human diet"...his wife controls her Hashimoto disease through "ketovore" a combination of a ketogenic diet and a carnivore diet. I think she has her own channel as well. If you are struggling that is where I would start and from there you will find lots of other doctors and people who have cured multiple diseases. It is amazing!

I hit menopause at the age of 38 had my daughter at 33 so I always think to myself I just made it under the wire.😂 I would be very interested in learning more about the hormone replacement. I’ve had my own journey and I would certainly be interested in yours, especially Since you also hit menopause so early. None of my friends hit menopause until they were in their 50s which was fine, but I almost have to chuckled now when they’re all complaining and I always am like I had it back at 38 in fact, my daughter had just started kindergarten.

Hi Debbie, Your table looks so summery and pretty! Yes, I would very much 34:10 like to hear about what you eat and low carb! Aso hormone therapy. I hope it is not too late for me. There are so many issues! Bloating , back pain itching, etc. How did you find a doctor?

I don't have that doctor any longer, but at the time I just kept searching using different phrases. I believe most refer to themselves as "functional medicine." But she was an MD who went to Wash U and specialized in Rheumatoid Arthritis. She was from India and had practiced there before schooling here. She truly changed my life. So I am on the hunt for a new one in a new place that accepts my medicare insurance! By the way, it is never too late, truly. I had been in menopause for 12 years with deteriorating skin and horrible symptoms. Once on the bio identical hormones, I literally had age reversal and at 66 I still have a cycle. I plan to stay on to the end. Sounds like the zero carb would really help your symptoms! I best put a disclaimer in her that I am only sharing my experiences and not advising medical treatment.

As far as you doing a new channel, do what you absolutely want to do. If it does not work, you can drop it. The summer tablescape is very pretty, but, I would elevate the centerpiece by placing it in a bowl/container, etc. I purchased from Amazon the blue lounge set you wore in the previous video. The OOTD looked so pretty on you. Have a fabulous summer! TFS!

Loss can really affect our own health. I will start sharing soon! Until then, I recommend starting with Dr Ken Berry on KZbin. He is a family physician and has hundreds of videos on zero carb, from there you will find multiple channels. I am not as knowledgable as most, I just know it truly changed my life.

I'm having so many issues. My dr said she wouldn't prescribe any natural or otherwise hormone replacement even though there is no breast cancer history and I've had no problems and my doc that retired had me on bio-identicsl hormone therapy. . She finally 4 yrs after she took me off and seeing what my life has become agreed to a consultation with a compounding pharmacist. I have filled out the paperwork, had the labs, snd my appointment is tomorrow. Please Debbie pray that I finally get some help. This doctor is wonderful but she's had this one on going issue and at 74, I feel like I'm dying a slow death. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to make them so I can ask. Thank you. I had like nothing left Debbie- and I'm not exaggerating.. it's no wonder I feel like I do. For the first time in a while I feel optimistic and hopeful about this situation . Many thanks for the prayers! You know I always watch your videos and I had that appointment today and you just happened to mention that you were on this hormone therapy. @judybrown4769 I too am taking Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement therapy and my only regret is that I did not do this 20 years ago. I use the cream which is compounded by the pharmacist that my Wellness doctor uses.I see an Integrative Functional Doctor that practices getting to the root of the problem instead of just writing out prescriptions for only symptoms. I thank the Lord for making this decision with the help of my son and daughter in law I feel better already and am looking forward to more positive progression in my physical and mental health. It is never too late.
