I love @badgalriri & the fact that she’s incorporated so many foundation shades and made her skincare to suit darker skins. I find it really hard to fault her brand because I can see how everything is so thought through. My favourites include her fragrance free sunscreen, her cookies and clean mask, her heat lip gloss in fenty glow and skin tint (08 shade). Her blush is great but doesn’t stay too long in humid weather.

I was over the moon to see @priyankachopra to start her own brand and admire her recycled packaging. However, the hydrating range has hardly any humectants. The gentle shampoo is far from gentle, IMO and the dry shampoo is high in denatured alcohol, which will dry the hair shaft in long term. I hope she formulates!

@katrinakaif is one of the first celebrities to start her own beauty brand. I’ve tried very few products but her eyeshadows, blush (shade flirty nude), and even her kajal, loose powder, contour sticks are amazing! Still haven’t tried something I don’t like from it. Will keep you posted!

@selenagomez s brand is one my fav brands out there! It’s made for those who like minimal makeup. I love her blushes, contour sticks, lip soufflé (Brave shade) but her mascara even though it’s amazing became too dry too soon, for me!

finally someone said the rat thing about the anomaly leave in conditioners!! it weighs down my hair too much! the gentle shampoo and shine conditioner are still fine..I do follow up with the sol de janeiro triple butter hair mask(get that mask girls! its magical! you need very little and it spreads really well)

Anomaly's hydrating shampoo is actually great for people like me, who have psoriasis kind of dandruff. It hydrated the dry and itchy scalp and calmed down the flakes and unbearable itch. N.B. If the shampoo is too harsh for your hair, try mixing it with 2 parts of water and then apply. I do this with all shampoos.

@@mugdhakanungo I don't know if it's exactly psoriasis, I never got it diagnosed. But the dandruff looks like it. Unfortunately nothing gets rid of it from roots only temporary relief. I use tea tree oil mixed with coconut and castor oil, warm it up and massage it on my scalp and wash it off after an hour. During lockdown I tried shallot (baby onions) with awala juice and applied it on the scalp with a cotton ball, washed it off with plain water after 1 hr. Trust me when I say my scalp was squeaky clean that no shampoo or hair mask could achieve and hair grew like crazy with zero hair fall. The process is a bit tedious but worth the pain. Grind the ingredients without water and then squeeze out the juice and apply on the scalp, excess you can pour in the ice tray and freeze it and use it next time. Biotique's bio musk root hair mask is also helpful (i mix it with an egg).

Honestly, anomaly is one of the best haircare brands for the budget. They are very potent, and amazing. The only thing is that, you need to use so little, and lather up well. You don't need a lot with her products !! Her dry shampoo is probably the best out there !
