add the artifact creature that gives all artifact creatures the ''blade of selves'' and the one that gives artifact creatures afflict also add Arcum Dagsson

@@CommanderCookout cybermen patrol and aution soldier my thought was to give the patrol myriad but I dont think afflict 3 happens more than once. I'd like to be wrong about that

It was Cartman merged with his Trapper Keeper that was the huge blob. The gag was Rosie O'Donnell was standing next to him and people couldn't tell which was which. But that'd be mean and we don't do that here. Pronounced Adawale correctly though.
