Recipe and ingredients:
Lemon zest from 1 lemon.
Cut into small pieces.
Add 100 ml of rose water.
Puree it.
Strain through a sieve.
We got a great base for our serum.
Place 1 tablespoon of flaxseed in a saucepan.
Add 125 ml of water.
Place on moderate heat for 5-6 minutes.
Leave to cool.
Strain through medical gauze or a piece of cloth.
Add flaxseed gel to the lemon base-about 3 tablespoons.
1 teaspoon of argan oil.
10 drops of jojoba oil.
10-12 drops of Vitamin E oil.
Apply only in the evening, in the morning wash and clean the skin as usual.
Flax seed facial mask:
Pick up the flax seeds we left at the beginning of the video.
1 tablespoon natural yoghurt.
1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Puree it.
Apply the mask to the skin of the face, neck and décolleté.
Leave on for 25 minutes, then wash off with warm water.
This mask activates collagen production, smoothes wrinkles, soothes sensitive skin, tightens facial contours and lightens age spots.
Use 2-3 times a week.
❗❗❗ Do an allergy test before use! Apply to a small area on the inside of the hand and wait 30 minutes.
