My MTB riding shoes on flat pedals I VANS wafflecup BMX pro vs. Addidas 5 10 Freerider

The stiff soles on the 510 transfers energy much more efficiently. It feels like it actually makes the pedals feel bigger vs softer soles. I bunny hop noticably higher with the 510s on vs just regular sneakers because of the stiff soles.

I feel like IN the bike on my Vans vs. ON the bike on 5 10. Maybe because I used to have sneakers since summer of 2019 when I started MTB. Lol. I need to get to use to it on 5 10. Anyway I am happy on my both shoes. Perfect for my flat pedals. 😀

@@elvinzki2245 yeah I started on regular Nikes that got chewed up bad. Got 510s and it blew my mind and i felt like it took my riding to the next level. This was before I could even do a proper bunny hop by the way. With the 510s I immediately felt the ease of getting the front wheel up ( because you do it by pushing your heels forward vs throwing hips back ) so that left such a strong impression on me. Which is why I said, even today with regular sneakers I can't bunny hop as high vs being on 510

I have the Adidas 5 tens and love them. But unfortunately the pedals I bought just broke on me (only two months for the pedals before break)

Oh man.. that's sucks. I have the cheaper version of crankbrothers flat pedals. Stamp 1 for $45 and it's perfect so far. 😁

I just didn’t love them when it broke on a rough landing haha.. it was crazy man, i’ll slide a picture of the pedal in a upcoming video if you wana see it. But long story short I crashed again… ordered “race face Chester” Get them in a couple days
