Also I just realized I didn't really mention colored pens, but it's because I don't use them that often (basically just for vocab in notes, and even then I usually just highlight them). But for colored pens my favorite are also the papermate inkjoy gel pens!:) Or the staedtler fineliners, so basically the pens I showed in the video! P.P.S it might have not come off very clearly in the video, but my "essentials" are the categories: a black pen, notebook / graph paper, backpack, pencil case, etc. The brands I show / actual products are just examples of the essentials and what I use the most, and I ranked them in order of what I think gives the most value for the price. But you definitely don't need to have the particular brands I show in the video!! I just don't happen to have a bunch of different stationery for each category, so I could only show what I actually have! Hope that makes sense!:)

White outs pens work really well. Instead of using super confusing tape, or having to keep a bottle of white out in your pencil pouch, just use the pens! Simply just squeeze, press, and you can use them! Also great for small spaces and drawing around things. (Like small mistakes) Thanks!!

Just use a black pen that doesn't smudge (like the Zebra Sarasa mark it or whatever it's called or something). You can also highlight before you write and you should always wait for the ink to dry before doing so (best is to wait until you're finished with writing).

@coles I also have the pastel mildliners pack and it only smugges when u write something and instantly highlight over it I usually write everything I need to write and then highlight and it is very convenient Edit: I hope it helps

Can I suggest an arc notebook, or a t-spiral notebook? You can remove pages and put them in in other parts of the book if your notes are in the wrong order/ you need to add some more notes to a subject but have already started a new subject on the next page. I have one for science. They’re also quite skinny and light so they aren’t like a binder.
