Just another self-indulgent celebrity who will be forgotten in 50 years. Gotta love her final scene in this when she foretells the people of the future: "They will say, Lady Gaga, she was really SPECIAL." No. They won't. If anyone remembers her at all it will be a footnote alongside the billions of other people worldwide who impose their bloated self-worth on the world via social media platforms. Celebrity culture is dead.

Our sinful nature allows not to write any which were written into the bible. Nor can any man see future, unless GOD has given him visions. Therefore there is nothing else then just PRIDE of man which keeps them from reading and studying the bible (B.I.B.L.E - BASIC INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE LEAVING EARTH) Joel 2:28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: Acts 2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: Galatians 3:22 But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. @jessicawallace2596 жыл бұрын
Its fascinating to see how different she looks depending on what side of herself she is showcasing. She has the chameleon effect of Cher or Madonna and so much talent to back it up. When she is singing pop she looks like a typical pop singer sometimes, sometimes an art piece. When she is singing Jazz she looks like a screwball movie queen of the 20's- beautiful and classy, yet strange. Somehow she always manages to look like herself, no matter how different she looks. Her inner essence always shines through.
@josiec38046 жыл бұрын
I agree she has some similarities to Cher but in my opinion Madonna was simply a pop star who changed her style on occasion for shock value and scores 0 in vocal range. I used to be a fan when she first came on the scene because she dared to be different and had a few fun songs, but unlike Cher and surely Lady Gaga as well...madonna didn't have the staying power- she's someone who used to be interesting. Plus- Lady Gaga & Cher can act...really act!
@ivanmateis27075 жыл бұрын
I never thought that I'd say that but comparing Madonna and Gaga is an insult for Gaga! The warmness of Gaga's eyes vs Pure evil stare of Madonna, the deep vulnerable and humble personality vs the material girl... And their vocal abilities are like you are comparing an prime steak with taco bell! Madonna can keep her Queen title because there's only one Goddess and that's Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta Lady Gaga! Mother Monster!! *Paws up*

So many musicians have suffered with pain. If I could list them all, I would need more room than this comment section. But I do know of three - Steven Tyler, Barry Gibb, and Prince. I do not have fibromyalgia, but I have serious issues with my spine and that has made me so short of breath in the last 5 years. It's painful to take a deep breath, among other things. I wish you hope and relief from your pain, I understand.

Just about every miso has pain if not on the outside thenb carry it on inside , all artists are sensitive & do not fit into the matrix & why so many to sex drugs & drink addictions but sorry I no people with your condition & it gets hard sometimes
@stephanier67833 жыл бұрын
@@anarchist2381 Correlation is NOT causation. The underlying cause of addictions is often an undiagnosed Cluster B personality disorder, like NPD, BPD, AsPD....and narcissists are fame seekers. There's your CAUSATION and that is more often the CORRELATION. Just Google "addiction and Narcissistic Personality Disorder". Narcissists get addicted to alcohol, drugs, pain meds, sex, porn, or FAME because they're dopamine addicts. Fame-seekers are commonly extremely high in narcissistic traits. Borderlines, on the other hand, use substances, sex, gambling, reckless driving to try and distract themselves from their emotional pain. Antisocial people use drugs because they're illegal, considered by many to be amoral, and they get bored even easier than narcissists and borderlines do. If you are a genuine anarchist, I'm not telling you anything about Antisocial Personality Disorder that you don't already know from personal experience. Note, I am not saying Gaga is a narcissist. I'd be far more inclined to say she has borderline tendencies, especially with that voice and the way she belts those emotions out as she sings.

@@stephanier6783. I’ve battled with addiction for 25 years or so. Before I started using drugs I was suffering with major depression. I was suicidal when I was 6 or 7. Other than mood swings. not high. But very low then back to normal. I’m very introverted. Hate sex. Do not gamble. So I’m not sure diagnosis was right ( several other drs. Agree ). I’m fascinated by your assessments. I just wonder if you considered people who have been traumatized, abuse or neglected? The ammount of dedication, talent, beauty, power, strength, and acceptance that she has as a human is absolutely unbelievable. I used to look at her as weird, scary, satanic, and trashy back in the day. And it really took me literally 10 years to understand her. She's not just a pop star, she's not just an artist that makes songs that you just hear on the radio, she doesn't just sing to sing. She is a star, she is an artist who makes songs that you play again and again for the rest of your life, she sings to spread every thoughts she had on her mind for herself and to the world. She makes people dance, she makes people felt comfortable with their body, sexuality, and personality. She makes people embraces their past, their weirdness, and their talent. She encouraged people to be brave, accepting, and unafraid to speak their mind. Her bravery, her mind, her heart, her passion for art, and her believe in equality and freedom. Like, I'm just so in love with her. Thank you so much for everything you've done Gaga.

Thank you for this documentary, great way for us new fans to catch up. Looking forward to the sequel, can't wait to see what more she has to offer. It's amazing how she lives her truth, especially with chronic pain and trauma, it's a journey. A true artist and I too am glad to be alive during these decades and have her music live on in my kids. Lady Gaga is the best example for what happened to music and its perception the last years. If your music isn't as simple and easy to sell as possible, you are irrelevant. At 36:24 she showed the world she seriously loves music. Immediately she became "irrelevant" to (m)tv and radio. I consider a lot of her new songs to be on one level with Queen or Kiss. But people got dull and numb somehow. They don't listen anymore to artists or songs because club beats are easier. Not only Lady Gaga's work will never be as appreciated as it deserves but way more artists will have to face this problematic trend. And that makes me feel sad, angry and afraid of the future.
@kiramerchant62466 жыл бұрын
Well said, and I completely agree. We also have social media, and the rush of having so much thrown at us as consumers to thank for the problem.I do think there is beginning to be a hopeful shift in the pop industry. Miley Cyrus is really inspiring me right now. She has been on quite the ride the past years, and should get a lot more recognition on who she is and what she's been doing with her voice. I even look at Ariana Grande, who has been through some serious stuff this past year- and is starting to not be afraid of using her real voice to be a role model to young girls. Gaga is a revolutionary, and if others look up to legends like her, we will be in for a better future.

I love gaga! She puts everything into her music and that is admirable. I absolutely HATE that she suffers from chronic pain. My mom and sister have lupas and fibromyalgia. My mom also has 6 bulging discs. I didn't have a clue as to what kind of pain they were having until i ruptured three discs in my back, flared up with plaque psoriasis over 90% of my body and was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis also. Now i have an inkling of the pain they suffer. I have realized through the years of dealing with severe chronic pain, people look down on you, judge you and assume you are faking. No one will ever know or feel what you feel with your illnesses or pain or life in general, except for you. Don't get discuraged and live life not caring what others have to say.

Kelsey K You can’t judge someone else’s pain or how they handle it. What you might be able to do in pain is not the same as anyone else. Everyone is unique. Gaga is extremely driven and yet has had to cancel shows. Unless you were ever a dancer or a performer like she is, used to an incredibly demanding and rigorous performance schedule, you wouldn’t know how much pressure they are under to perform despite pain, a lot like professional athletes. She is amazing overcoming such a serious problem with pain. She’s a hero in so many ways. 100% real.

@@angelablackthorne3026 She's not a hero. She goes through way less and has 1/4 the things most of us chronic health and pain sufferers have. We are the heroes and warriors, who don't have her money or insurance, educating ourselves for decades because specialists are too stupid, advocating even though it takes everything out of us. For most, a big day is showering, cleaning, doing laundry, and cooking. She has it easy. And I can judge because I have what she has and unfortunately many more rare intractable incurable pain and health problems. I was an athlete...equestrian. Worked out in the gym 5-6 days a week for 1.5 hours for many years doing cardio, heavy free weights and machines, classes...had to start all over when I got chronic fatigue syndrome at 15. Am 29 in a month. I lost out on so many regular experiences people take for granted.
