Hi, I’m a mum as well. I share my tip as well….kng maraming harvest nang gulay as sili pwede i frozen at from freezer straight s cooking or easy to grate while frozen. Or drying proccess then e toast to last the shelf life at gawing flakes…..keep safe….more power🥰🥰🥰

I also cook cook callos but i use ox feet i also pressure cook it for 45-60 mins then debone. after that i place on freezer tapos scrape the yellow part ( sebo) para menos cholesterol. Then i put olives, garbanzos, potatos chorizo bilbao, bell pepper and saffron for your spice and kung anong size ng meat ko un din ang size at shape ng veggie mo.. btw, i enjoyed your conversation w/ your loving mom.. salute ako syo how you love your mom.

You’re such an amazing chef, you have made everyone a cook, give them business ideas and most, you simplified everything for us to learn. I love your show! Happy Birthday Mommy Rose!!!🎂 Thanks for sharing this Callos recipe.😍 This is one of my favorite recipes from my childhood days. My grandma used to cook this every Easter Sunday. It was soo delicious but unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to learn this dish from her. She also puts boiled beans. I remember her cooking a lot of beans & garbanzos because i usually eat it when i see it on the dining table. She will run out of it before she's done cooking the Callos if she will just cook just the right amount.😂 Bless you and Chef RV more!!! So grateful you are sharing recipes with us. Very helpful especially to beginner cooks like me. The Beef Pares is exactly the taste i used to taste way back then. We ate it like that and with noodles as well.
