The relaxer burns cause me to think long and hard about how the relaxer could be harming my body. Also my daughter had long hair and I destroyed her hair with relaxer and can’t forgive myself. That same daughter, while in high school said mom I want my hair back and I never put relaxer in any of our hair again. Fifteen years later and I am still natural. Even with lots of set backs not knowing how to keep my hair moisturize. Today I think I am on the right track. Thanks be to God who has directed me to some wonderful women on KZbin you included . Thank you for helping us!

Oh yes Sis, I totally agree with you. Relaxers can be hard on so many people especially if your scalp is more sensitive. I hated the pain but it felt normal because all my friends had it and didn't complain. I'm so happy you gave your princess her wish😊. The journey can be rough so I honestly look up to women who keep going regardless. Thankyou for your feedback and support Mam, I appreciate you❤️❤️❤️

Had relaxer too, mostly wave nouveau and it was the shortest stint 🫠 All that fume flying up in my head and my scalp burning. And after that I looked so ratty & unnatural 😐 We look our best in our natural form
