that’s a sweet trailer and the machines fit perfectly, was installing a parking lot and month ago and the neighbor wanted the dirt and when i went to dump it at his lot he had a 20 ton trail king trailer sitting there looking like the day it was made and he sold it to me, i did exactly what you did, put the skid and mini on it and drove both pieces back to the yard in one shot...i better go pick up my 10 toner someday soon.

We normally loaded the skidsteer on backwards and set the blade of the excavator inside the skidsteer bucket. . Every one has their own way of doing things though. Just gotta find what works best for your needs

That is true. I had this trailer built longer so I didn’t have to do that. I wanted plenty of room to set them up and be easier to chain down

That trailer looks nice. I have a Towmaster T50 (25 tn) trailer that is similar to your new trailer but has another axle under it. I only have 23' of flat deck but I can still load both my skid steer (either my large frame A300 or A770 -I have both) and mini on there and also have a walk behind trencher up front. May I suggest that you try turning around the skid steer and parking the mini in the bucket of the skid. This will give you plenty of room and help protect the windshield from getting damaged. I can also have either my hammer or my ho-pac (but not both) in the bucket (between the mini tracks) too! I'm sure you'll have many years of good service out of that trailer.

Nice I almost got a 3rd axle on this one I kinda wish I would have now. Yeah I may try to turn the loader around at some point, I had them build it that long so I didn’t have too but if I want to carry more buckets I may have too. Appreciate the comment

I bought a cam superline with a similar setup. I just wish it had rub rails. Luckily you have D rings spaced pretty close together if you needed to tie down skids or something.

I think those will be great additions to your equipment fleet. I like the ramps and beaver tail on the new trailer. It looks well engineered. You will have to buy lots of speed binders if you don’t have them yet. Maybe you will have to dig a wider trench than you need if it needs compaction when you are done.

Felling makes great trailers, I’m sure it will serve you well. That double angle dovetail is nice. It seems to be a lot smoother transition onto the trailer, where the machine isn’t breaking over the edge.

Nice man ! Id recommend changing the glad had rubbers to Red and blue neoprene. They don’t rip as much as the rubber seals and work better in the cold

Brandon that looks like a very neat set up you have got now, maybe you could back the loader on and put your spare buckets between the two machines, the bucket and the blade on the excavator would hold your buckets in place if you drove the excavator straight on and jammed them between them probably a strap over the top and away you go

I’m getting 72,000lbs tags but I’m still waiting on my heavy road use tax receipt to come back so I can get my tags 🙄 we’re running on 54,000lb 2020 tags right now 🤣

Ok thanks, my dump is registered at 54k now too, so I’m deciding to make that leap with the heavy use tax too. Maybe post your experiences with that as a subject of a video? Good luck with your new set up looks great. I got a new trailer too but got so many goodies spec’ed into it forgot to see how much WEIGHT I added to it. It’s HEAVY AS HELL! Oh well.😆

I can do that I know you have to fill out several forms then mail them in and wait forever since the irs is closed cause of Covid. People have been waiting 6 plus months to get their receipts back so they can go to the dmv to get their license. So it’s kind of a mess right now

Great seeing the beautiful CEO Mrs Elite in the video 📹. Going to be a great setup once you get everything figured out. Just a idea for going to a air brake setup get yourself some extra rubber inserts for your couplers to have on hand for just incase you need to change one. Keep up the great videos

I have not ran it over the scale. We can do 36k on tandems. It hauls my 36,000lb 2150 no problem. I know the trailer has a 54,000lb gvw and weighs around 11k so I could haul 44k as long as they weren’t directly over the axles. I’ve had fantastic luck with Felling this is my second one. Very stout trailers with no problems
