Thanks for the review. I've seen numerous apartments with the same poor layouts at 35 Square meters. I think its more of a cash grab then actual desire to achieve any sort of architectural beauty and comfortable living conditions. I tried living in these types of McCondos and decided I no longer have the tolerance. At $700 its not worth it. Better to spend money elsewhere for something over 65 sq. meters right in the city center. Let the suckers want this.
