I really like think airfryer, great for 2 people, can be a bit of a squeeze for 3. Temperature and time really easy to use.

Have you tried not soaking the potatoes first?

I have and they are still edible but they do not crisp up as much as soaking them......sometimes I only soak for 10 mins but make sure you dry them before adding any oil 😁

This was filmed in the middle of summer so it is possible I had been in the sun. It is also very hot in my tiny kitchen.
