Back when I was a kid, I use to visit this pizza place called Valentino. They didn't have any claw machines, just a couple of fighting games and I remember seeing that Gravity Hill game every time I went to the Indoor Swap Meet. You inspired me to open up my own arcade store. Keep up the good work dude!

I would love one day to see some kids playing your games and they get sad if they don't win, and you go over there and help them win something or something like that. That would make someone's day. I still have memories of playing a claw when I was younger and so sad i didn't win the prize I wanted, and some random person won it and gave it to me. It made my day and a great memory.

One thing I would do is when your working there I would not wear a hat with dollar signs on it. That kinda makes you look greedy. A businessman should be professional at all times. Just a thought. I sugest if you can find it you do add 1 kid ride its a lift coster it lifts a child up and makes them go around in a circule like patt kids love it they have one a hour down the road buy me and even when the arcade is not full the ride is alwees full. 1 thing to that is nice is take advance of the space add a vending system if they alow them their you till make great money from people who want a snake wile wateing for their kids even if its just water.

also, keep it CLEAN. Moms are cooler with kids playing, if the machines don't look all gross. Maybe even have some hand sanitizer... not kidding. Moms are weird that way, but if they are shopping and having fun, and their kids are "oh we want to play..." mom will give them a lot of money for peace and quiet if the machines don't look all gross. It sounds like you are going to make sure it's a really nice looking location.
