I nearly bought a 2022 S1000RR.... really did NOT like the hydraulic clutch with almost no friction zone. I wound up buying a '23 ZX10R and I absolutely LOVE it. But it doesn't have quite as much power as a fully tuned S1K. You can get over 200 on that bike with some mods. Mine has 196 with a cat delete and new air intake.

I'm a civil engineer, what the worker was talking about is called "surveying" which is when we measure the distance and angles of the infrastructure (like roads) so we can collect data and send it over to the designers which use the data to create 3d models of the road (and other things!)

I was blessed and got a K46 (the gen prior to this) as my second bike after riding an FZ07 for 4 years, for very cheap and I'd wish BMW s1000rrs on any rider. These bikes are incredible and like nothing else on the road, let alone on the track. - It's got cheat codes in the computer to make you a better rider and you can tune the assists down once you're comfortable. Needless to say, I'm STOKED for you bro. Be safe.

1:55 he’s measuring the gradient of the sidewalk alone the block. There is another guy at the other end with a “scope” that is set up and level. They measure the height from one spot to another to get the slope of the land.

I just got a s1000RR m package and premium package akro exhaust and 200 rear wheel forged not carbon fiber. They are quick out the box but not spectacular with the 8k redline.

Welcome to the best super sport made! I’ve never ridden a bike better than the s1000. Get some Akra headers for that thing and get it tuned asap! They really smooth out. Keep that long can as well, those long akra cans make the most power.

Love it! I got a used 2016 S1000XR as my first bike, I was worried about it at first being too much, used rain mode for a while on a friend's suggestion, but honestly never found it to be too much. I do ride rather conservatively though and try and be as safe as possible. It's such an amazing engine though

1:50 hes using something called a laser level, its a laser that sits on a tripod and when the laser hits the screen on the receiver it beeps and tells you what the level is in different areas, so one spot might be 40 millimetres higher than the spot you look at a couple inches in any direction
