I bought my 308 BAR short trac in in 2004..I had to order it special with a 18.25" barrel and then I bought my composite stocks for it...I guess I was ahead of my time

The one thing Browning continues to do is ignore the use of drop down magazines...(Magpu). We're relegated to their outdated system without the use of higher capacities mags!

There are a whole bunch of different variations in the BAR family. The DBM (detachable box magazine) is one such variation.

funny you should ask. i went through 2 Leopold scopes 150 gr to 180 gr. wont group for crap... sucks
