Love the car mate! My Uncle owns a '07 Exige S with 290hp! I've been in an Aventador, this is not as quick but holy shit there is something special about the Lotus that gives you goosebumps!!

Wow sounds cool! I've always loved the Lotus classic noise eheh I seen some of them when I lived in Scotland, I live in Italy and we don't have many here. They are very overpriced, so expensive and to repair aswell. I also love Abarth sports cars :-)

You will love it man! On the road it's pretty much only the size of your balls that matters. But you should never drive 100% on the road. And in the corners, (and probably in the straights) when the exige pushes 75-80% the Megane will be in the ditch :D

Lewis O'Kelly yea even though i own a Megane, and a big fan of them, even the newer RS model with 4control(i have tried it). The lotus corners better, it’s way lighter.

I have an s2000 with 50k miles. Looking at these now. Did you come from an s2k? If the s2000 is __ out of 10 on fun factor, then what do you rate the Exige 240? Is it a no brainer? There's only one for sale in Florida.

well... One thing you probably will miss in the exige is the topless experience. Sure, you can take the roof of the exige but you soon realise the car isn't really meant to be topless. =D And the exige sure is more fun to drive. What you loose is refinement and some comfort but everything else is atleast x3 times as good. And the attention the car gets is wild. Even more so in the US i believe. And as a rating i'd say the exige is pretty much a 10/10. It would be really hard to find something with that feedback and weight with a roof. There is basically no competition. And remember the S240 is way faster and sharper and would destroy any S2k anyday anywhere. But don't get me wrong I loved my S2k and will always see it as a future classic and an amazing car!

And remember, the Exige will hold it's value and even go up in value. I actually sold mine for about 3000$ more than I payed for it.
