I have same pump,impellar needed manual help from new,but now seems to work on its own...possible two stage motor??? Also ,i added a piece of 1.5 inch foam to top of float so pump will activate at lower water level rather than having to fill shallow sump first. Since there is no high level adjustment,only low level shut off. Hope this idea helps others
